The Bambu Lab H2S is the large-format, high-performance CoreXY 3D printer that makers and engineers have been waiting for. Launched in August 2025 as the single-nozzle variant of the flagship H2 series, the H2S delivers all the speed, build volume, and material versatility of its dual-nozzle sibling (the H2D) — in a more accessible, streamlined package.

With a 340 × 320 × 340 mm build volume (120% larger than the X1 Carbon), a 350°C all-metal hotend, and a 65°C actively heated chamber, the H2S is built for the full spectrum of engineering-grade filaments: from everyday PLA and PETG right through to reinforced PA-CF, PPS, and PC. Its closed-loop PMSM servo extruder samples at 20 kHz for real-time clog detection, and its AI vision system watches every print from start to finish.

How does the H2S differ from the H2D? The H2S uses a single nozzle rather than the H2D's dual-nozzle system, making it simpler to maintain and more cost-effective for users who do not need dedicated dual-material extrusion. It shares the same build volume, chamber heating, servo extruder technology, and speed as the H2D — at a lower entry price. If you need true dual-nozzle printing (e.g. soluble supports with PVA), the H2D is the choice. If you want the H2 series' industrial-grade capability in a single-nozzle format, the H2S is the one.

AMS Combo includes the AMS 2 Pro — Bambu Lab's second-generation Automatic Material System with active filament drying, improved routing, and support for up to 4 colour changes per slot. Ideal for multi-colour engineering projects and prototypes.

Compatible filaments: PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, PA (Nylon), PC, PET, PPS, PVA, BVOH, and carbon- or glass-fibre reinforced variants (PA-CF, PETG-CF, PLA-CF, ABS-GF).
