Flashforge Guider 3 Ultra

The Flashforge Guider 3 Ultra is a professional large-format enclosed FDM 3D printer designed for industrial, engineering, and production environments where build volume, speed, and reliability all need to operate at scale simultaneously. With a 350×350×600 mm build volume — the largest Z-height in the Flashforge lineup — 500 mm/s maximum print speed, CoreXY motion, and dual-layer HEPA 13 + activated carbon filtration, it is the correct machine for batch production of large functional parts, end-use components, and tall engineering assemblies that exceed desktop printer capacity.

350×350×600 mm — Why the Z-Height Matters

Most desktop and prosumer printers cap out at 250–300 mm Z-height. The Guider 3 Ultra's 600 mm Z-height changes the category of parts that can be printed without splitting. Full-size automotive trim components, tall architectural models, large industrial fixtures, 600mm-height batch towers for small parts — these require either a machine with this Z capacity or an assembly step. The dual ball screw Z-axis ensures that the 600mm travel stays accurate and stable, without the wobble and deviation that single-lead-screw systems exhibit at extended heights.

350°C Nozzle — Engineering Material Range

The 350°C nozzle temperature ceiling covers the full range of engineering thermoplastics: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PA-12 Nylon, PA-CF, PEEK, PEI/Ultem, and PC. Combined with the enclosed chamber and 120°C bed, the Guider 3 Ultra handles the same material set as dedicated high-temperature desktop systems, in a platform sized for production volumes.

HEPA 13 + Carbon Filtration

HEPA 13 is the standard used in medical and cleanroom environments — it captures 99.95% of particles ≥0.3 microns. Combined with activated carbon for VOC and odour adsorption, the dual-layer system makes the Guider 3 Ultra appropriate for office buildings, shared workspaces, and facilities where fume management is a regulatory or health requirement. Printing ABS, ASA, or Nylon all day in an unfiltered machine is not acceptable in many commercial environments; HEPA 13 filtration is.

Material Compatibility

  • Standard: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, HIPS
  • Engineering: PA-12 Nylon, PA-CF, PC Blend, CPE
  • High-performance: PEEK, PEI/Ultem (up to 350°C nozzle)
  • Flexible: TPU
  • Composite: Carbon-fibre and glass-fibre filled materials (hardened nozzle required)

Who It's For

  • Industrial design teams producing large-format prototypes and end-use parts that exceed standard desktop printer capacity
  • Engineering departments running continuous production of functional components in Nylon, PC, and CF-filled materials
  • Automotive and aerospace prototyping teams requiring tall assemblies and large structural parts in a single print
  • Manufacturing facilities needing a certified-filtration enclosed machine for compliance with workplace air quality standards
  • Professional service bureaux running high-throughput FDM production across a range of engineering materials
