At Eolas Prints, we stand by the precision and quality of our electronic hardware and 3D printing components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Eolas Prints account and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging, including all cables, manuals, and the provided RMA slip.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transit.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the component integrity, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.
