xTool O1 Omni UV Printer – Desktop UV & DTF Printer
The xTool O1 Omni is the world's first 4-in-1 desktop "Omni" printer — a single machine that prints full colour, white and 3D-textured graphics directly onto almost any surface. Acrylic, wood, glass, metal, leather, ceramic and, on the fabric edition, apparel: all from one compact unit on your bench. For makers, studios and small businesses, it collapses what used to need several machines and outsourced print runs into one in-house, on-demand production tool.
What is a UV printer — and why it matters
A UV printer uses ultraviolet light to cure ink the instant it's laid down, so vivid CMYK + white graphics bond directly to solid objects with no transfer paper and no drying time. Because the ink can be layered, you can build raised, embossed, tactile textures you can feel — not just see. Prints are fully cured and ready to handle the moment the job finishes. It's the fastest route from a design file to a finished, sellable, personalised product.
Three editions — choose the right one for your work
The O1 Omni comes in three editions. They share the same core platform, vision system and texture capability; the difference is how far you want to take materials and productivity. Each edition is factory-configured with its own print-head and ink setup and cannot be upgraded later, so choose the one that matches your long-term work.

Key capabilities
- Prints on almost anything rigid — acrylic, wood, glass, metal, ceramic, leather and coated surfaces, with apparel added on the Fabric edition.
- 3D texture & embossing up to 7 mm — layer ink to create raised, tactile effects, plus lenticular and gold/silver/holographic foil finishes.
- Pixel-Scan™ vision system — place an object on the bed and print; a CIS image sensor and line laser capture true 1:1 object data and height for accurate placement from centre to edge, with no jigs.
- ±0.2 mm positioning accuracy and 720 × 1440 dpi print resolution.
- Laser Meets Printer — connect the O1 Omni and an xTool laser in the same xTool Studio workflow: print the colour, cut the outline, with alignment handled automatically.
- SmartCycle™ 2.0 maintenance — automatic white-ink stirring, circulation and hydration keep the printer ready even after weeks idle.
- Safer inks — GREENGUARD-certified, non-reprotoxic UV inks with built-in carbon + HEPA air filtration; OEKO-TEX® certified DT fabric ink on the Fabric edition, rated to survive 50+ washes.
What you can make
Custom trading cards, card slabs, acrylic standees.
Mugs, tumblers and bottles (with rotary attachment).
Fridge magnets, coasters, decorative plaques.
Phone cases, keychains, wallets, signage.
UV-DTF transfers for branded products and short-run packaging.
Direct-to-fabric printing on cotton and polyester (Fabric edition).
UV DTF is a high-margin, low-material-cost route to personalised products — material cost is often a fraction of the sale price, and there's no minimum run, so single units and small batches are economical. It's a natural fit if you already do laser engraving, 3D printing or custom gifting and want to add full-colour, textured decoration to your line.
